Fish Timbals

1 lb. Halibut or Salmon, flaked
2 eggs
1/2 pint cream
1/4 lb. chopped almonds
Butter, size of walnut, melted

Mix above ingredients together; put in buttered timbale or ring. Set in pan of hot water and bake 15 minutes. Serve with cream sauce.
