Hearty Healthy Grouper

3 1/2 lb. fresh Grouper
Juice of 2 lemons
White pepper
Watercress
8 seeded plums with skin
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup white wine


Cut Grouper into 6 portions. Place on cookie sheet. Pour lemon juice over fish and lightly season with pepper. Place in 325 degree oven 12-16 minutes. Do not overcook.
