Half and Half Fish

2 fish Fillets, Orange Roughy works best)
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. thyme and powdered parsley, mixed together


Place Fillets and milk in shallow cake tin and bake 30 minutes at 350 F. Remove fish gently; the flesh is soft and flaky, and season with herbs. Fry on the stove until Fillets are as you like it.
