Fish Cakes

1 can Jack Mackerel, drained or 4-6 pieces fresh fish, cooked and boned
1 egg
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. mustard
Pepper to taste
2 mashed potatoes


Mix all ingredients together well. Form into patties and fry. (Salt is not required for canned fish. If fresh fish is used, add salt to taste.)
