Poor Man's Lobster

1 lb. Turbot Fillets, thawed (or other Fillets)

Cover with water in pan and add:
3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar

Simmer, uncovered, until just tender, about 1/2 hour.

Drain. Lay Fillets in baking dish in a single layer. Drizzle with melted oleo. Broil until it just curls. Serve with lemon and melted oleo.
