1 stick butter or oleo
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 large Trout
Saute onions and peppers in butter; add Old Bay and nutmeg. Butter pan. Put in cleaned Trout. Pour seasoning in and over Trout. Cover with foil loosely. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Serve hot.
