4 portions Haddock
1 egg, beaten with 1/2 tsp. water
1 Wasa (lite rye), crushed
Seasonings to taste; pepper, marjoram
Onion powder & thyme
Dip fish in beaten egg, then in Was mixed with seasonings. Spray a heavy skillet with Pam. Gently cook the Haddock over low heat about 5 minutes on each side.
