Baked Fillet of Sole

4 Fillets of Sole
Milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
Pepper
Seafood seasoning, optional


Marinate Fillets in milk for 20 minutes. Place Fillets in glass baking pan. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and spread over Fillets, covering surface. Bake 7 to 10 minutes in 500 degree oven, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
