1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 lb. Perch Fillets
Melt butter in skillet, stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Place fish in skillet, skin side down; cook 4-5 minutes over medium heat. turn; continue cooking until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve butter mixture over fish.
