Baked Haddock With Mayonnaise

2 lbs. Haddock Fillets
2/3 cup mayonnaise, not salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Dash of white pepper

Arrange fish in greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over Fillets. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fish at the thickest part.

Serves 4 to 5.
