Flounder With Wine Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. Flounder
1/2 cup butter
1 can black pitted olives, cut in half
1/2 cup white wine
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Dip Flounder in flour, then in egg mix. Heat oil in 12-inch frying pan. Fry Flounder, then add wine, olives, butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Simmer a few minutes, then serve.
