Low Calorie Crunchy Flounder
1 lb. Flounder or favorite fish
1 1/2 oz. corn meal
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup malt vinegar
2 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
Thaw fish; pat dry. Dip fish in vinegar on both sides. Roll in corn meal mixture. Bake on non-stick cookie sheet sprayed with Pam approximately 20 minutes or until flaky at 375 F.
