Easy Cheesy Fish
1 stick margarine
4 Fillets Perch, or favorite fish
Cheez - It crackers, crushed
Wash fish and pat dry on paper towel. Dip fish into melted margarine, then dip fish into crushed cracker crumbs (low salt or regular crackers). Put on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. This is a very moist and cheese flavored fish.
