Fish Creole

1/2 green pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. diced celery
3 Tbsp. water
1 cube or packet chicken bouillon
2 oz. canned sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
1 cup tomato juice
About 1 lb. fish Fillets (Ocean Perch is good)


Combine all ingredients in oven proof baking dish and bake at 350 F uncovered until fish is flaky. Do not overcook, 45-60 minutes.
