Boned Flounder Dijon With Vegetables

2 large Flounder Fillets
4 sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomato
1 green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. white wine

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place Flounder in glass baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spread mustard on fish. Sprinkle vegetables on top of fish. Pour wine over fish. Squeeze 1 large slice of lemon over all. Bake 20 minutes.
