Fish Patties

5 lb. diced fish, 1/4"-1/2" square (Walleye, Sunfish, etc.)
2 eggs
1/2 cup medium onion, chopped very fine
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped very fine
1 cup Bisquick or other pancake mix


Beat eggs. Mix everything together to the consistency of potato salad. Make into patties and preheat peanut oil or margarine to 325 to 350 F. Serve alone or on hamburger buns.
