Flounder Au Gratin

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Flounder or Sole Fillets
1/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise

Combine crumbs and cheese. Brush all sides of Fillets with mayonnaise and coat with crumb mixture. Arrange in shallow baking dish in single layer. Bake at 375 F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and fish flakes easily.
