2 lb. Haddock Fillets
1 can frozen cream of Shrimp soup
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Thaw Fillets and soup. Cut Fillets into serving portions. Place in a single layer in well greased baking dish. Pour soup over fish. Combine butter and crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
