Flavorful Fish And Veggie Rolls
10 oz Pkg. broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in cheese sauce
1 lb Fish fillets
Snip corner of pouch of frozen vegetables. Microwave (High) for 6 to
7 minutes or until hot.
Divide fillets or cut into 4 servings. Roll each and place in four 5
or 6 ounce microwave-safe custard dishes, lining sides with fish.
Sprinkle lightly with salt. Spoon equal quantities of vegetable
mixture into opening in center of each fish roll. Microwave (High),
uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily,
rearranging dishes once.
Tip: Fillets can be rolled and secured with toothpicks and place in a
shallow baking dish.
