3 lb. fish (Flounder)
1 1/2 lb. string beans (parboiled if fresh)
1 1/2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
2 onions, sauteed
1 cup celery, cut up
2 green peppers, cut up
1 lb. mushrooms
Spread beans over bottom of large pan. Put fish over beans. Saute vegetables lightly and then layer over fish. Lastly, pour tomato soup over all. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
