Fish and Vegetable Bake

6 - 8 Flounder or Grouper Fillets
6 red potatoes
1 cup broccoli trees
3 carrots
1 cup or more Italian dressing


Place fish Fillets in a large oblong baking dish. Cut up red potatoes (with skins), carrots and broccoli. Arrange around fish. Pour Italian dressing on top of everything. Cover and bake at 350 F for about 1 hour. Serve with salad and hot buttered bread.
