1/4 cup oil
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 lbs. tomatoes or 1 large can tomato pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package frozen peas
Brown fish in oil. Add parsley, garlic, and vinegar. Cook until liquid is almost evaporated. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Add peas and simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
