Fresh Mustard Or Spinach With Fish
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 cups fillet or White Fish or Trout
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. fermented black soy beans
1 cup fresh mustard leaves or
1 bunch spinach, washed
1/2 cup water
Heat oil and saute the fish; then add the onion, fermented soy beans, and mustard leaves. Add water; cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are crisp and tender. Serve hot with rice.
