Baked Fish

1 lb. Haddock (Flounder, Orange Roughy)
Melt butter
Onion powder

Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease shallow baking pan. Wipe fish with paper towels and place in baking pan. Brush melted butter on fish, then sprinkle with onion powder, then paprika. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, depending on thickness of fish. When it begins to flake, remove from oven. Any White Fish works well in this recipe.
