Baked Haddock Casserole
2 lb. Haddock
1 can cream of Shrimp soup
25 Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo or butter
Remove skin from Haddock. Cut into bite size pieces. Place raw fish in greased 2 quart casserole. Pour soup over fish. (Do not add milk or water to soup.) Roll 25 Ritz crackers into crumbs and spread over fish. Melt margarine and pour over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
