Heat oven to broil. Place Flounder Fillets on broiling pan. Top each fillet with about 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the entire fillet. Next, add a pinch of dried garlic to each fillet and top each with a pat of butter. Broil in oven until the top of the fillet is a crispy, golden brown. Flounder should be flaky underneath.
