Baked Trout With Sauce
8 Fillets of Trout, tenderloined
1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions, cut fine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 large can Pet milk
1/2 cup milk
1 lb. lump Crab Meat (white)
2 or 3 lbs. Shrimp, cleaned, deveined
Salt & pepper to taste
Bake Trout (tenderloined) at 350 F for 15 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and pour over fish. Bake until it bubbles and thickens a little.
