Dijon Orange Roughy

4 Fillets Orange Roughy
1 onion, sliced
Parmesan cheese
Dill weed
Dijon mustard

Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Butter shallow baking dish; arrange slices of onion in a single layer and place fish on top. Squeeze juice on Fillets; spread a thin layer of Dijon on fish, sprinkle with Parmesan, dill and paprika. Bake uncovered at 400 F for 20 minutes.
