Baked Fish

2 lbs. fish (Haddock, etc.)
1/2 lemon
1 can Shrimp soup

Place fish in greased baking dish, sprinkle with 1/2 lemon and spread with 1 can Shrimp soup. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.

Crumb Topping:
36 Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Roll Ritz crackers fine. Mix ingredients together and sprinkle over fish. Bake 20 minutes more.
