Italian Baked Fish

1 1/2 lbs. Orange Roughy
3 Tbsp. Italian dressing
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350 F. Place fish in shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Marinate in refrigerator several hours, turning fish, occasionally. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered and then broil 5 minutes or until fish is crisp.
