2 lbs. Cod or Sole Fillets
1-1 1/4 lb. small Shrimp (canned or fresh frozen)
1/2 cup butter bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups Half and Half (can substitute with milk)
1/2 cup sherry
Salt and pepper to taste
Place Fillets in 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix milk and sherry; pour over fish. Salt and pepper. Bake at 375 F for 6-7 minutes, to set. Remove and heap Shrimp and bread crumbs on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until brown.
