Fish Fillet With Greek Dressing
Any thin flat fish fillet (Flounder, Turbot, Trout, etc.)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley or 1 Tbsp. fresh
1/4 tsp. each garlic powder and onion powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Combine all ingredients. Pour over Fillets which have been placed in a shallow baking dish. Broil until browned (10 to 15 minutes).
