Flounder Au Gratin

1 large Flounder (about 2 1/2 lb.)
Salt
Juice of lemon or bottle lemon
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup minced onions


Clean fish thoroughly. Lay fish (split) in greased shallow baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs, cheese and lumps of butter and minced onion. Bake at 375 F for 35 to 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Baste from time to time with juices in pan.
