2 lb. Flounder or Pollack Fillets or any White Fish
2 cups chopped tomatoes (fresh)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
4 drops red pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Mix everything together and spoon over fish. Bake fish until flaky.
