4 (7 oz.) Halibut Fillets
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Place Halibut on broiler pan and salt and pepper to taste. Broil on high for 15 minutes. Remove from broiler when fish flakes. Mix above ingredients and spread generously on top of Halibut. Return to broiler for about 10 minutes or until ingredients bubble and brown.
