Herbed Grilled Catfish

1 1/3 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/8 ts Ground red pepper
1 lb Catfish fillets
Vegetable cooking spray
Oregano
Thyme


Combine first 7 ngredients. Sprinkle mixture evenly on both sides of fillets. Place fillets in a grilling basket coated with cooking spray. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 to 400F). Place basket on rack; grill, covered, 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Tranfer to a serving platter. If desired, garnish with fresh oregano and thyme.
