Grilled Swordfish Marinade
4 lb. Swordfish
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup orange juice
Salt, pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup red wine salad dressing
Mix all ingredients. Pour over Swordfish and marinate 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turn once, at least. Grill Steaks on grill, turning often every 5 minutes, until done, basting with remaining marinade, while cooking. Takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
