Baked Fish

Haddock, Whitefish
Lawrey's season salt
Rosemary (1/4 tsp.) crushed
Celery and fresh green onion chopped fine
1/4 to 1/2 stick butter or margarine (melted)

Sprinkle thawing fish with Lawrey's seasoned salt and lemon. Place in shallow baking dish. Season with pepper, crushed rosemary (1/4 teaspoon), celery and green onion. Pour melted butter over fish. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes. May broil last 10 minutes.
