3 lb. Grouper or file fish, about 1/2" Fillets
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 onion, sliced
2 cups cornflakes, crushed
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Marinade fish in onion and dressing at least 4 hours. Put cornflakes and cheese in large ziploc bag. Dip fish in cornflake mix. Then pat rest on top of fish in pan and pour marinade on top of fish. Bake at 350 F for 1-1 1/2 hours. Top will be crunchy. Fish should be solid white.
