Baked Fish

2 lbs. Haddock or Sole Fillets
1 can cream of Shrimp soup or cream of mushroom
1/4 cup butter or oleo, melted
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 cups crushed Ritz crackers

Place Fillets in greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Spread soup. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Combine butter and seasonings. Mix with cracker crumbs, sprinkle over fish. Bake 10 minutes longer.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
