Spanish Style Halibut Steak
4 portions Halibut steak
1/4 cup green chilies, minced
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 cup minced onion
3/4 cup green pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or one clove garlic, pressed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. oregano
In 1-quart casserole place half the Halibut and top with half the remaining ingredients. Add other half of Halibut and top with other half of vegetables and seasonings. Bake covered at 350 F for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
