Baked Flounder With Shrimp Sauce
1 lb. fillet of Flounder
1 can cream of Shrimp soup
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted oleo or margarine
Spoon soup over fish in lightly greased baking dish. Bake fish 20 minutes at 350 F. Then top with crumb mixture and bake additional 10 minutes. Made without crumb mixture, bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. If desired, add more Shrimp to soup.
