Fish Roll Ups
6 Flounder Fillets
6 slices American cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup sherry
Season Fillets with paprika and garlic powder. Place 1 slice American cheese on each fillet. Roll fish and secure with toothpick. Grease bottom of baking dish and place Fillets in about 25 to 30 minutes in a moderate oven, or until fish flakes. Makes six roll ups.
You can use small Fillets and put in shells and bake about 15 minutes and use for first course.
