Halibut In Butter Sauce
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 Tbsp. parsley (fresh) or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of salt
1 1/2 lbs. Halibut Fillets, 1/2" thick
Mix onion and oleo - microwave on High for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Mix in parsley, lemon, mustard, garlic and salt. Arrange Fillets in 12 x 8 inch dish - narrow ends to center. Spoon batter mixture over Fillets. Cover with plastic. Microwave on High 5-6 minutes. Turn once. Let stand about 3 minutes.
