Halibut In Mushroom Sauce
7-11 Halibut Fillets
1 cup cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/2 pint dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill seed
Mushrooms, cut in pieces (optional)
Salt and pepper
Place chicken breasts in buttered baking dish, skin side down. Dot each with butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake in moderate oven, 350 F, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender and sauce brown. Serve with rice, green vegetables and tossed salad. Serves 4-8.
