Herbed Halibut Steaks
2 lb. Halibut Steaks
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup fresh seasoned bread crumbs
Arrange Steaks in baking dish; set aside.
Melt butter, saute garlic and onions until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Spread evenly over fish Steaks.
Bake in preheated oven 400 F for 20-25 minutes. Fish should flake easily.
Makes 4-6 servings
