Sake Broiled Fish With Mushrooms
1 lb. fresh or frozen Flounder or Sole Fillets
Salt and pepper
4 thin slices of lemon
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sake
Hot cooked rice
Thaw fish if frozen.
Line 9 inch pie plate with foil. Arrange fish Fillets in pie pan.
Sprinkle fish generously with salt and pepper.
Arrange lemon slices atop fish; sprinkle with mushrooms.
Drizzle sake over all.
Cover pan with aluminum foil. Put in 350 degree oven. Broil until fish flakes easily.
Serve with rice and oriental vegetables.
