Seafood Au Gratin

1 lb. Flounder (plus a little Crab if you wish)
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. Wondra flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Pepper to taste
1 cup Kraft white, extra sharp Cheddar (this cheese has a nice melting quality)
Bread crumbs
Paprika


Melt margarine and add flour. Stir thoroughly. Gradually add the milk, stirring in each addition before adding the next with a wire whisk. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire. Add cheese and stir until melted. Taste for seasoning. Pour over the fish and sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 30-35 minutes. Serve with rice, sauteed mushrooms and a green vegetable.
