Seafood Au Gratin
1-2 lb. Cod, Snapper, Sole or any fish
1 package Hollandaise mix (Knorr is good)
1 cup grated cheese (your choice)
1/2 cup small cocktail Shrimp
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. paprika
Place fish in casserole dish (cut dish into pieces the size of a deck of cards). Drizzle with melted butter. Top with Hollandaise made according to package directions and grated cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 F, uncovered. Top with cocktail Shrimp the last 5 minutes of cooking. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon paprika.
