Uncle Toms Fish
1-2 lb. any White Fish (Scrod, Sole, etc.) Fillet
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dill
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat oven at 375 F.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Lay fish Fillets in a single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with the garlic powder and dill. Spread tomato sauce over fish and spread it so it covers all of the fish. Spread seasoned bread crumbs evenly over tomato sauce. Place in the preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
